A
private Italian channel said it will broadcast Wednesday an interview
with a man who claims to have leaked confidential documents from the
Vatican as an "act of anger."
A spate of leaks has hit the Vatican
in recent weeks, with media publishing letters from a whistleblower
alleging rampant corruption, as well as accusing the Vatican bank of
failing to implement laws against money laundering.
The channel La
Sette, among media that have obtained these documents, said it
conducted a filmed interview in a secret location with the person who
has "worked at the Vatican for over 20 years."
